As part of this mission, the English Thesaurus app has been developed to offer quick, lightweight, and effective vocabulary support for students, educators, writers, and language learners around the world.

The English Thesaurus app allows users to search any English word and get a detailed breakdown of its thesaurus content, including:
Word meanings
Grammar type (e.g., noun, verb)
Synonyms (similar words)
Antonyms (opposite words)
What makes this app powerful is its lightweight and fast-loading local database. All thesaurus content is stored offline on the user's phone for instant access, making it reliable even without internet connectivity. The app is designed with simplicity and speed in mind, ensuring smooth performance even on low-end devices.

Uses only official Google SDKs, with no third-party SDKs or unofficial APIs.
Ads are integrated via Google AdMob, with limited, non-intrusive ad displays.
The app uses your phone’s advertising ID to show relevant ads in compliance with Google’s ad policies.
Earnings from ads are used to support future updates and improvements of the app.
🔐 Data Collection & Permissions
To deliver a complete language utility experience, the app requires limited permissions and collects minimal data strictly for functionality and user support.
It supports offline functionality by storing all word data in app-specific internal storage, ensuring fast access without the need for an internet connection.
In addition, the app allows users to:
Record voice input via Google’s speech recognition API to convert speech to text for searching words.
Select images from gallery or camera to extract text using in-app OCR tools (text scanning).

Required when users choose an image from the gallery or camera for text scanning. The image is used only at the moment of processing and is never uploaded or stored externally.
Microphone (Voice Input):
Used to capture speech and convert it into text through Google’s voice recognition service. Voice data is used only within the app and is never recorded, stored, or shared.
